Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent required.
• Agile certifications (e.g., ScrumMaster) or equivalent.
• Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 4+ years of product and program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria with plans and budgets.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies for programs.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and manage communication with stakeholders.
• Monitor progress to ensure on‑time, on‑budget project delivery and quality.
