Job summary

Wealth Enhancement is seeking a Technical Product Owner to maximize value from technical services across the enterprise. The role owns the backlog for the product domain and translates strategic initiatives into executable work, coordinating with Product Managers, architecture, and stakeholders to ensure scalable, compliant solutions.

This remote, nationwide position emphasizes backlog prioritization, defect management, and continuous improvement, with a base salary range of $110,000-$120,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years in Business Analyst, Development, Product Owner, Product Manager roles or related technology experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Agile Development
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Orion, Tamarac, or similar platforms
• AI literacy: ability to use AI tools, craft prompts, and evaluate outputs while ensuring quality

Responsibilities

• Own backlog for the assigned product domain and translate strategic initiatives into defined work.
• Prioritize backlog items based on business value, risk, regulatory requirements and dependencies.
• Coordinate delivery from planning through completion with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, and architecture to ensure scalable, compliant solutions.
• Lead defect triage and root-cause analysis to improve reliability and reduce technical debt.
• Drive continuous improvement in backlog quality and delivery predictability.
• Communicate priorities and trade-offs to stakeholders and teams.
