Job summary

Railroad19, a software solutions provider, is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own product strategy, delivery, coordination, and tracking of media ad sales custom-developed products. The role involves building project plans, resource plans, risk mitigation, and timelines while partnering with business and technology teams to increase productivity and revenue opportunities.

The position allows remote work with a preference for East Coast hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience in roles aligned to PM/BA/Technical PM.
• Experience in the media ad sales industry and knowledge of AdSales is preferred.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a development team to deliver ad sales products and analytics.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle: planning, design, build, test, and post-production enhancements.
• Drive project initiation, scoping, and planning with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, GANT charts, and user stories.
• Run SCRUM meetings and maintain AGILE practices with sponsors from business and tech groups.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues, and provide status updates to leadership.
