Job summary

Emergent Software is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead planning and delivery of custom software solutions for enterprise clients. This fully remote role requires 7+ years as a Product Owner/PM, strong knowledge of modern web applications, and a passion for solving complex business challenges through technology.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Experience delivering custom enterprise software solutions across a variety of technologies, platforms, and hosting paradigms.
• Experience crafting cost estimates to deliver components or entire projects.
• Strong technical writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills are a must.
• Experience operating as the liaison between agile development teams and users in defining requirements, performing business analysis, and driving delivery in the right direction.

Responsibilities

• Establish a strategic roadmap, product vision and backlog.
• Partner with clients to assist them in performing the Product Owner role.
• Facilitate in-depth requirements gathering and analysis.
• Document requirements as Features and User Stories to share with team.
• Work with your team and client to create a plan for delivering on project objectives and achieving business value.
• Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to colleagues in the Product Delivery Team.
• Lead product development activities for key/strategic client pursuits.
• Present solution vision proposals to client executives.
• Work with account executives on client satisfaction efforts in existing delivery engagements.
