Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work with developers, project managers and clients to translate business requirements into effective software solutions.

You will gather requirements, design and support Sage Intacct-based solutions, and lead projects to ensure high customer satisfaction and adoption. Strong Excel and analytics skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, MIS or CS.
• 5+ years’ experience in Sage Intacct or ERP/financial applications.
• Experience communicating with customers and technical staff on system issues and deployments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into deliverable solutions using analytics.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with client stakeholders, define solutions, and coordinate with development teams.
• Design and support software solutions ending in successful customer adoption.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Sage Intacct modules and new features.
• Develop and communicate project plans, ensuring on-time delivery and budget.
• Train end-users and document business requirements for BT Best Practices.
• Coordinate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing for project execution.
