Job summary

Tiny Health is seeking a Technical Product Manager for AI and Data to own the roadmap for our AI product and the data foundation beneath it. You will align with engineering leadership and founders to translate a fast-moving space into a clear build sequence and ensure work lands in a way that moves the business forward.

You will collaborate with AI engineers and data engineers, set success criteria for features, and drive adoption across customer segments while maintaining health data safety

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in product management, at PM or Senior PM level.
• 4 to 8 years hands-on engineering experience earlier in your career.
• Shipped AI-powered products to production, not just prototypes.
• Able to form your own view of what to build in a fast-moving technical space and defend it.
• Able to explain what AI techniques can/can't do for a product problem.

Responsibilities

• Own and sequence the AI and data roadmap with engineering leadership and founders.
• Ship AI experiences to multiple customer segments with measurable adoption.
• Ensure AI work meets trust and safety standards in health contexts.
• Triages requests to keep engineers focused on high-value work.
• Partner with data engineering on analytics foundations that power the business.
• Define success metrics for each feature, evaluate results, and adjust as needed.
