Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Product Manager with AI healthcare experience to lead the mobile app and AI-powered coaching features. You will guide engineers, designers, and data scientists to ship user-focused health tech experiences.

Qualifications

Shipping consumer-facing mobile products with strong UX/value
Strong product instincts and craftsmanship in UI/UX
Direct experience launching AI-powered product features in health tech
Comfort with analytics and experimentation platforms and data-driven decisions

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap and end-to-end development lifecycle for core app features and AI coaching capabilities
Apply hypothesis-driven, evidence-based approach with user research, market context, and data analysis
Translate business objectives and member insights into well-scoped initiatives and rollout plans
Build and maintain a rigorous experimentation practice with sound test design and metrics
Set clear goals and key results and report progress to cross-functional partners and leadership
Collaborate with onboarding and clinical data teams to align on member outcomes
