Job summary

You will drive technical execution and documentation, while aligning with the Product Vision and managing the portfolio.

You will directly manage Technical Product Managers and Analysts, hire staff, coach performance, and ensure backlog and release plans are prioritized and executed.

Qualifications

• Work Experience: 7+ years in relevant roles.
• Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience: Agile, Project Management, Direct Management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Arbitrate between Product Management and Development to align vision and delivery.
• Lead and develop Technical Product Managers and analysts; manage staffing and performance.
• Collaborate with Product Director to execute enhancement strategy and budget.
• Ensure milestones, backlogs, and release plans are tracked and communicated.
