New Era Technology is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee key client engagements, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. You will coordinate internal resources and vendors, manage project scope, and communicate with stakeholders to align objectives.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years of Technical Project Management experience, a background in technology and network infrastructure, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of proven experience in Technical Project Management.
• Financial/banking industry experience.
• Experience managing technical projects in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Background in technology, network devices and physical infrastructure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence in presenting to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with urgency.
• PMP, CCNA or equivalent knowledge; ITIL certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure performance using project management tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Maintain relationships with the client and relevant stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
