Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking a Project Manager to support technology infrastructure deployment projects across client locations. The role leads the Technology Workplace TBD program, coordinating vendors and ensuring network refreshes, hardware deployments, and site conversions proceed smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 4-8 years in PM for tech infrastructure and strong MS Office and communication skills. Exposure to Monday.com or Smartsheet is a plus; PMP is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years in project management in technology and/or infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination across vendors, engineering teams, and client stakeholders.
• Track workflow progress using Excel, Jira, Monday.com and Smartsheet.
• Ensure readiness for site conversions and maintain accurate status logs.
• Assist in oversight of routers, cellular devices, SD-WAN appliances, and switches.
• Assist in oversight of circuit installations, testing, and turn-ups for broadband and DIA internet circuits.
• Act as liaison between field resources and network engineers.
• Coordinate bridge technician support and ensure proper activation sequences.
• Manage deliverables including before/after photos and cabling documentation.
• Provide regular updates to internal and external teams.
• Maintain clear documentation of site status, open items, and deployment milestones.
