Job summary

The CareSide is a technology-driven home care services company with a distributed marketing team. We’re seeking a freelance technical marketer to lead web optimization, combining analytics, SEO, and AI experimentation to drive growth.

This hands-on role focuses on setting up tracking, launching tests, and building workflows; collaborating with channel experts while maintaining a flexible schedule (15-25 hours per week) and remote work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in web analytics and technical marketing.
• Working knowledge of how to create webhooks using Zapier.
• Hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM.
• Comfortable using website crawling tools such as Screaming Frog.
• Experience using SEO software (SEMrush) and analyzing data.
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end CRO workstreams to optimize site performance.
• Ability to separate signal from noise and prioritize for business impact.
• Comfort with ambiguity and solving problems without a fixed playbook.

Responsibilities

• Analyze website analytics and user behavior to provide strategic recommendations.
• Launch A/B tests using VWO, Optimizely, or a similar tool.
• Partner with web developer on crawlability, indexing, and technical fixes.
• Collaborate with performance marketer to optimize campaigns (UTM, conversion tracking).
• Own ongoing setup and optimization of tracking within GA4 and GTM.
• Identify and deploy AI across the marketing and sales stack to improve performance.
• Work with content team to build marketing assets and standalone apps/websites using Lovable or Replit.
