Job summary

Atticus App is seeking a technical lead engineer to own architecture and development decisions across consumer and institutional products. You will work with founding teams to craft APIs, features, and infrastructure at scale, driving architectural decisions and product KPI tracking.

You are a senior full stack developer who thrives in a multi-disciplinary team, mentors others, and helps maintain high standards while delivering new code in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Senior full stack developer with scrum experience and product-minded focus.
• Comfort delivering features end-to-end and participating in design discussions.
• Ability to scale code with maintainability and performance in mind.

Responsibilities

• Spend 80-95% on hands-on coding.
• Define and execute strategy and roadmap for product adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, domain, and customer-facing teams.
• Resolve defects across QA, pre-prod, prod and post-release patches.
• Understand customer needs by engaging product, sales, and users and analyzing feedback.
