Focus is hiring a Technical Lead to run the team across the full tech stack, including Playwright-based testing, Python data tooling, and React front-ends. You will coordinate with government stakeholders and multi-vendor teams to improve release velocity and build modern CI/CD practices.

You will mentor engineers, conduct thorough code reviews, and drive high-quality software in a FedRAMP environment. Expect occasional travel and a fully remote, US-based role.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack environments.
• 3+ years of leading software teams and/or managing personnel.
• Proven experience designing and delivering CI/CD pipelines and IaC with Terraform.
• Strong background in TypeScript and Python across front-end and back-end work.
• Experience with automated UI and API testing using Playwright.
• Familiarity with AWS GovCloud, FedRAMP, and observability tooling like DataDog.
• Ability to coordinate with government clients and multi-vendor teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of engineers to deliver scalable automated UI and API tests across product verticals.
• Architect and maintain end-to-end automated testing suites using Playwright and TypeScript.
• Design data generation tools and synthetic profiles via Python and REST APIs.
• Build front-end tooling in React/TypeScript for external vendor and government stakeholders.
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Guide cross-functional agile teams and provide mentorship and code reviews.
• Collaborate with client leads and vendor teams for smooth releases and troubleshooting.
• Assist with Terraform-driven cloud updates and security/compliance practices.
