Job summary

Bolder Apps is hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead software projects for US-based clients. You’ll own delivery from kickoff to launch, scoping with engineers, setting timelines, and ensuring on-time, on-budget results across web and mobile builds.

This position is fully remote and open to candidates in several countries, with daily overlap into US Eastern time. We value AI-assisted development and autonomy, with a focus on keeping projects fast yet predictable for clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing web and mobile app projects in agencies or studios.
• Experience delivering iOS/Android apps end-to-end for external clients.
• Experience juggling multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Own delivery for several client software projects concurrently with clear scope, stakeholders, budget and timelines.
• Scope new work with engineers and convert estimates into realistic plans and sprints.
• Run the sprint cycle: planning, backlog grooming, standups, demos, retros; keep timelines on track.
• Identify risks early and control scope creep; handle change requests with impact on time and cost.
• Keep clients informed with updates and live calls during US business hours.
