Rechat Inc. is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to join our remote team. This role collaborates with customers, engineering, and cross-functional partners to drive adoption, resolve complex technical challenges, and deliver long-term value.

You’ll operate at the intersection of technology and customer success, guiding strategic outcomes for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate has strong SaaS experience, deep technical troubleshooting skills, and a proven ability to translate

Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS platforms and enterprise customers.
• Ability to troubleshoot software issues independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and data integrations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of Rechat solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives.
• Drive product adoption by developing and executing success strategies for clients.
• Analyze client use cases and recommend optimizations for product usage and ROI.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor by understanding client integrations and data workflows.
• Document issues with steps to reproduce and coordinate with Engineering/TechOps.
