Job summary

TechWish is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to work remotely on Guidewire-related projects. You will collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PMs and IT partners to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure project milestones are met.

The role emphasizes SOP creation, interdependencies, and cross‑domain analysis in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate has strong technical requirements analysis, API integration experience, and familiarity with policy administration

Qualifications

Strong technical requirements analysis and documentation skills.
Experience with API integration and data mapping.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Insurance domain experience is helpful; knowledge of policy administration platforms (Guidewire or EIS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Understand needs with BRM/BRMC and BSA, translate into technical requirements.
Coordinate with PMs to ensure timelines are met.
Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
Identify interdependencies across domains for alignment.
Lead and accelerate delivery of projects to completion.
Build strong relationships with AI Council, ARC and other partners.
Collaborate with Architects and Developers to align solutions with business objectives.
Perform system impact analysis across multiple applications and integrations.
Support UAT and create training materials as needed.
