Responsibilities

• Understand and document current platform behaviors, workflows, and exception paths.
• Build and maintain reference materials for AI tooling and engineering teams, ensuring accuracy as products evolve.
• Review tickets and specifications for alignment with reality, capturing acceptance criteria and edge cases.
