Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development or related field.
• Experience leading or supervising TA staff in ECE settings.
• Experience delivering technical assistance in ECE classrooms or programs.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and to work remotely in Montana.

Aufgaben

• Oversee TA Specialists and Content Specialists to deliver high-quality technical assistance.
• Use data to inform and improve team performance and provider practices.
• Collaborate with Project Director/Deputy Director to develop protocols and ensure consistent TA deployment.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and supervise TA staff; ensure training and policy adherence.
• Manage scheduling, goals, and quality control for the department.
