Shine Early Learning Inc is seeking a strategic Technical Assistance Manager for the Western Region to supervise a team delivering high-quality TA services to Montana providers. The role emphasizes growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement using data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Development or related field, several years leading child care programs, and experience with licensing and quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development or related field required.
• 5 years experience in child care; Montana residency strongly preferred.
• 3+ years center-based leadership and/or 2+ years technical assistance experience required.
• Experience teaching or providing technical assistance in an ECE setting.
• Experience with Licensing Support plans or Quality Improvement Action Plans.

Responsabilités

• Provide continual professional development for TA Specialists and Content Specialists with on-site and in-program support.
• Use data to inform and improve individual and team performance.
• Develop and manage TA Specialists and Content Specialists delivering classroom and organizational support.
• Build an effective team capable of high-quality support and collaboration.
• Collaborate with Project Director and Deputy Director on recruitment and onboarding.
• Develop protocols ensuring TA practices are consistently deployed.
• Participate in meetings, events, and trainings as required.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development or related field

Montana Career Path Level 6 or PPS III

Leadership experience in child care/early education

Experience delivering technical assistance

Experience with Licensing Support or Quality Improvement Plans
