Crystal Dynamics is offering a remote spring internship open to candidates across most U.S. states, with onboarding at our San Carlos, CA studio. This 12-week program provides mentorship, hands-on work on active AAA projects, and a path to industry-ready skills through real production environments.

The fellowship runs February 1–April 23, 2027, requires a 40-hour workweek, and includes medical/dental/vision benefits along with professional development support.

Formación

• Graduated from a college or university program in 2026 or later.
• Degree in Animation, Art, Game Art, Technical Art, Game Design, Game Development, Engineering, or related fields.
• Availability to work full-time (40 hrs/week) for the duration of the program with onboarding in San Carlos, CA.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire essential skills using industry-standard tools such as Unreal Engine, Maya and Python with emphasis on environment workflows.
• Contribute to a small, mentored project, moving from proposal to design, implementation and polish for environment content.
• Support animation and technical art by building/refining tools, troubleshooting pipelines, and documenting fixes.
• Enhance understanding of advanced game development tech focusing on Unreal Engine and environment optimization.
