Eliassen Group is seeking a Technical/Business Analyst/Engineer to deliver accurate data solutions across a PLM platform and related systems for commercial mortgage data. The role will translate business requirements into technical specifications and validated data outcomes, operate across data structures and system interactions, and assist with support, maintenance, testing, documentation, and application development.

This is a contract to hire opportunity; rate: $60.00 to $70.00/hr. w2.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 5-7 years IT-related experience in Business Analysis or Data Analysis.
• Ability to transform data into information for analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills with Alteryx or similar tools.
• Experience with Python for data analysis or automation.
• Experience with APIs or system integrations (REST, JSON).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, validate, document, and maintain business and functional requirements.
• Own development of business and technical requirements for data warehouse enhancements.
• Transform business requirements into SQL statements.
• Analyze data to triage issues within the data model.
• Collaborate with data architects, sponsors, admins, and report writers in Agile.
• Analyze source system data to improve data quality.
• Partner with the business to identify data issues and solutions.
• Identify data quality improvements through rules automation.
• Review existing functionality and apply configuration changes via tooling.
• Develop test plans and execute test scripts for changes.
• Evaluate requests for feasibility and options.
• Respond to questions from business and IT teams.
• Track solutions for issues in the mortgage data warehouse model.
• Assist with task automation and process improvements using scripting.
• Assist with integrations between systems (API/file-based).
• Investigate and resolve data feed issues for PLM.
• Respond to escalated user/help desk questions.
• Support core commercial mortgage servicing and accounting platform.
