Qualifications

• Transform data into information for analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills with data anomaly detection using Alteryx or similar tools.
• Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or scripting is a plus.
• Experience with APIs or system integrations (REST, JSON).
• Advanced Excel skills and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to learn new technologies and work under deadlines in Agile environments.
• 5–7 years IT experience in Business/Data Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, document, and maintain business and functional requirements.
• Own development of requirements for support and enhancements within the Commercial Mortgage Data Warehouse.
• Transform business requirements into SQL statements.
• Analyze data to triage issues within the data model.
• Collaborate with data architects, sponsors, and report writers within Agile.
• Analyze source system data to improve data quality.
• Assist with integrations between systems, including API-based or file-based exchanges.
