Eliassen Group is seeking a Technical/Business Analyst/Engineer for a remote, contract-to-hire role focused on delivering data solutions across a PLM platform and related systems within the insurance sector. You will translate business requirements into technical specs, work across data structures, and support development, testing, and documentation in an Agile environment.

The role emphasizes data quality, timely delivery of enhancements, and collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and validated data outcomes.
• Experience with SQL and data modeling for mortgage/PLM data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data troubleshooting skills.

Mansioni

• Develop, validate, document, and maintain business and functional requirements.
• Own development of requirements for support and enhancements within the Commercial Mortgage Data Warehouse model.
• Transform business requirements into SQL statements.
• Analyze data to triage issues within the data model.
• Collaborate with data architects, sponsors, and report writers in an Agile environment.
• Perform data quality improvements and data feed troubleshooting.
• Assist with data integrations and API/file-based exchanges.
• Develop test plans and execute test scripts for data model changes.
