PAR Technology Corporation in Philadelphia, PA or Remote USA is seeking a Technical Account Manager, Product Delivery to lead PAR Retail projects. You’ll own the backlog, define requirements, and align delivery with client roadmaps, collaborating with engineering, UX, and QA.

You will manage cross-functional teams, present status updates, and ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining strong client relations and agile practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project/account management or product owner experience, especially with iOS/Android mobile apps.
• Experience managing and working with clients.
• Experience with agile (Scrum/Kanban) development methodologies.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and facilitation skills.
• Detail-oriented self-starter who can stay on track and pursue solutions without supervision.

Responsabilités

• Define product technical requirements and build delivery plans with PAR clients, designers, and engineering.
• Be accountable for project results, schedule and deliverables.
• Represent the product roadmap as Scrum Product Owner, including backlog management and ceremonies.
• Manage product documentation and requirements using Confluence and Jira with clear acceptance criteria.
• Prepare teams for status presentations, review meetings, and UAT sessions.
• Provide status updates and reports on project status to stakeholders.
