Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Technical Account Manager, Product Delivery to join the PAR Retail team in the United States. You will act as the Scrum Product Owner for a digital platform, drafting requirements, maintaining the backlog, and aligning delivery with client and internal roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project/account management or product owner experience.
• Experience with iOS/Android mobile apps.
• Experience with agile (Scrum/Kanban) development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define product technical requirements and delivery plans, including backlog management.
• Be accountable for project results, schedule, and deliverables.
• Represent the product roadmap as Scrum Product Owner in agile process, including backlog & sprint events.
• Manage product documentation in Confluence and Jira with clear acceptance criteria.
