Qualifications

• Experience reviewing and marking up commercial agreements (MSAs, NDAs, SaaS) with markup skills.
• Broad industry exposure across multiple verticals; avoid narrow client focus.
• Healthcare experience with BAAs and HIPAA provisions.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, redlining, and managing commercial agreements (MSAs, NDAs, SaaS agreements, DPAs, BAAs) under attorney supervision.
• Supporting the full commercial contract lifecycle—from intake through execution—for venture-backed startup clients.
• Handling healthcare-specific agreements and HIPAA provisions.
• Improving internal processes, documentation, and handoffs to increase team efficiency.
• Collaborating with attorneys, project managers, and engineers in a squad-based model to deliver embedded client support.
• Managing contract workflows.
• Helping attorneys operate at higher leverage.
