Yoh is seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist in Tempe, AZ for a 12-month contract with potential to convert to permanent. Onsite training, then remote work. Pay is $19.00-$23.00 per hour on a W2 basis, with comprehensive benefits.

This role focuses on first-level technology support for financial advisors, handling 30-50 contacts daily, troubleshooting browsers, Windows, Outlook, and Microsoft 365, and delivering exceptional customer service while aiming for first-call resolution.

Qualifications

Strong customer service mindset with ability to handle frustrated customers professionally.
Basic technical troubleshooting including browsers, Windows, Outlook and Microsoft 365.
Comfort in a high-volume inbound phone environment.
Ability to diagnose issues logically and ask effective questions.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technology support to financial advisors via inbound calls (30–50 contacts daily).
Troubleshoot access/navigation issues with proprietary systems, browsers, email, and Microsoft 365.
Guide users through solutions step-by-step and document issues clearly.
Aim for first-call resolution and maintain service-oriented communication.
