You will provide first-level technology support to financial advisors, troubleshoot access and navigation issues, and help users navigate Microsoft 365 and Outlook across desktop and mobile. Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic technical troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with Windows, browsers, email, and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to work in a high-volume inbound phone environment.
• Willingness to learn proprietary systems and processes.
• Reliable and long-term career oriented.
• Flexibility to work 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technology support to financial advisors via inbound phone calls, handling 30–50 contacts daily.
• Troubleshoot access and navigation issues involving proprietary systems, browsers, email, and Microsoft 365.
• Ask probing questions to understand issues and walk users through solutions step by step.
• Support Microsoft Outlook and email configuration on desktop and mobile devices.
• Build rapport with advisors and maintain a patient, professional, service-oriented approach.
• Aim for first-call resolution whenever possible.
• Document and communicate issues clearly while staying efficient between calls.
• Learn and apply procedures for proprietary systems through structured training.
