Yoh Staffing’s client in Tempe, AZ is hiring a Technical Customer Support Specialist (Hybrid) to start on October 13, 2026. Training is onsite in Tempe from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

for 3–6 weeks before converting to fully remote. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while performing basic technical troubleshooting for financial advisors, handling 30–50 inbound calls daily, and supporting Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365, browsers, and account access.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office, Exchange, iOS, Android, and multiple browsers.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and listening abilities.
• Willingness to complete product training and learn proprietary systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to financial advisors via inbound phone calls.
• Troubleshoot access and navigation issues involving proprietary systems.
• Ask probing questions to understand issues and guide users through steps.
• Walk through basic troubleshooting for browser navigation, cache, and cookies.
• Support for email, Outlook, and Microsoft 365.
• Aim for first-call resolution and document issues clearly.
