Job summary

Airsys Cooling Technologi is seeking a Technical Services Specialist who will manage complex technical support cases, warranty adjudications, and field commissioning oversight for Airsys mission-critical products. You will provide expert remote diagnostics and act as liaison among customers, Engineering, and Quality teams.

Primarily remote with domestic travel to Las Vegas, NV or Phoenix, AZ for training and commissioning; on-call rotation with standby stipend and occasional bonuses for

Qualifications

• 3+ years of independent technical-support or field-service experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer-relations skills.
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as authorized decision maker for warranty claims within monetary limits.
• Analyze service data and recommend corrective actions to Engineering and R&D.
• Author and maintain technical documentation, bulletins, and training materials.
