Job summary

Utility is a full-service mobile app and digital platform agency seeking an experienced product leader to drive agile design and end-to-end development. You will collaborate with designers, engineers, and leadership to translate business goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

In this role you will own project plans, manage scopes, and groom backlogs while mentoring teams and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a product or agency environment delivering user-centric software solutions.
• End-to-end lifecycle experience across multiple digital platforms (mobile a plus).
• Strong grasp of agile project management to hit milestones and deadlines.
• Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients, mentoring teams.
• Strong PM organization, maintaining product backlogs with detailed acceptance criteria.
• You are an inspirational team player who helps others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Driving agile product design and end-to-end product delivery.
• Owning communication across design, engineering, marketing, and leadership.
• Create and guide project plans and align business goals.
• Manage scopes and deadlines for a sustainable workflow.
