This role leads retained executive searches in our Technology Practice, driving market mapping, pipeline quality, and early-stage candidate engagement. The Associate Director collaborates with senior leadership on strategy, targets, and evaluation, managing ~5 concurrent

Qualifications

• Experience leading retained executive searches in technology markets.
• Ability to map target markets and build high-quality candidate pipelines.
• Experience conducting first-round interviews and contributing to assessment discussions.
• Strong discipline in maintaining search workflow and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead research strategy and systematic market mapping.
• Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines.
• Achieve 80%+ mapping accuracy through disciplined sourcing.
• Conduct first-round candidate interviews.
• Contribute to structured candidate assessment and slate construction.
• Produce client-ready candidate summaries and search materials.
• Maintain disciplined search workflow and data integrity.
