Job summary

Finalsite is seeking a Team Lead for the Professional Services Internship Program. You will manage a growing team of interns, oversee workloads and training, with a focus on Finalsite Composer work and quality assurance.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, establish scalable processes, explore AI-enabled workflows, and help interns develop professionally while supporting service delivery across Professional Services.

Qualifications

3-5 years of professional experience in web services, project management, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of Finalsite Composer CMS.
Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing others.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
Comfort with AI-powered tools to improve workflows.
Strong written and verbal communication across teams.
Ability to balance employee development with business needs.
Experience with Jira, Slack, and Zoom.
Experience in Professional Services or edtech is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, mentorship, and performance management for the Professional Services internship team.
Manage intern workloads, schedules, priorities, and project assignments.
Lead onboarding and ongoing training for Finalsite Composer skills.
Establish clear expectations and provide regular feedback on quality, productivity, and development.
Identify strengths and development opportunities and prepare interns for future opportunities.
Foster a collaborative environment delivering value to the business.
Oversee work within Finalsite Composer ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency.
Coordinate and prioritize work from teams across Professional Services.
Match projects to intern skills and development goals.
Monitor progress, address blockers, and ensure deadlines are met.
Establish and maintain QA processes for intern work.
Serve as escalation point for intern-related questions.
Partner with Professional Services to identify scalability opportunities for the internship program.
Develop scalable workflows for requesting, tracking, and completing work.
Expand the program to cover more service offerings.
Identify AI/automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
Monitor capacity and plan for staffing and training needs.
Track outcomes and report to leadership.
