In this remote role, you’ll analyze metrics, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows. A strong emphasis on mentorship and data-driven decisions is required.

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of Team Lead experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong computer navigational skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to make decisions with limited information.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach and mentor your team toward KPIs and skill growth.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high performance.
• Ensure high-quality, consistent support and track key metrics.
• Regularly analyze performance data to align with KPIs and goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine workflows and tools.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback through 1:1s and team check-ins.
