NCR Eduservices is seeking a Teaching Assistant (General Business) for a remote, full-time role. The position requires strong English communication, online teaching experience, and a PhD in Business or related field.

Qualifications

PhD in Business Administration, Management, or Organizational Leadership required.
Minimum 2 years in industry with leadership or operational responsibilities.
Experience in online teaching, tutoring, or as a Teaching Assistant preferred.
Exceptional written and spoken English (C2 or native).
Proficiency in Canvas LMS or similar platforms; familiarity with plagiarism detection tools.

Responsibilities

Provide academic and administrative support to students.
Respond to inquiries within 24 hours, ideally within 1 hour during working hours.
Reach out to each student at least twice a month; conduct one-on-one sessions.
Grade 2–4 assignments per module; coordinate with markers to ensure timely feedback.
Collaborate with tutor managers and professors to maintain grading consistency.
Track student progress and provide regular updates to the manager.
Serve as main contact for academic inquiries and provide staff support.
