The candidate should have 2+ years of progressive tax compliance experience, a CPA license or be on track to licensure, and proficiency with CCH or similar tax software.

Qualifications

• Progressive tax compliance experience in public accounting (2+ years).
• CPA license or pursuing licensure.
• Experience with passthrough entities and high-net-worth owners.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple and complex tax engagements, ensuring quality tax solutions for clients.
• Review federal and state returns for partnerships and S-Corporations and their owners.
• Utilize CCH to research and consult on tax matters; respond to IRS inquiries when requested.
• Provide proactive tax planning strategies tailored to client needs.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork, positive attitude, and high ethical standards.
