Ethos is an expert network enabling collaboration on high-impact tax projects. We seek a tax senior with 4+ years at a top tax practice to train AI models on professional presentation tasks and slide deck creation.

The role offers flexible, fully remote work, with compensation at $80 per hour and a commitment of 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP. Experience delivering client-ready tax materials is essential.

Qualifications

• CPA, JD, or equivalent with 4+ years at a top tax practice (e.g. Big 4).
• Experience communicating complex tax positions in client-ready materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Develop tax structuring presentation decks and technical position summaries.
• Produce client advisory slides, reform impact analyses and tax provision materials.
