Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced senior tax consultants from top firms to help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

We are looking for senior tax consultants with 4+ years at a top tax practice to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: tax structuring presentation decks, technical position summaries, client advisory slides, reform impact analyses, and tax provision communication materials.

Qualifications

• CPA, JD, or equivalent with 4+ years at a top tax practice (e.g. Big 4)
• Experience communicating complex tax positions in client-ready materials
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Produce tax structuring presentation decks and technical position summaries.
• Develop client advisory slides, reform impact analyses, and tax provision communication materials
