No cold calling; base pay $16.00 per hour with uncapped commissions. Typical earnings range $120,000–$180,000 annually for high performers, with onboarding and ongoing coaching to support growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven phone sales experience in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage high call volumes and follow-ups remotely.
• Self-discipline to work independently and meet goals.

Responsibilities
