Qualifications

• Experience leading tax transformation projects.
• In-house tax function experience with exposure to large-scale change.
• Strong process-mapping, SOP creation and control design skills.
• Ability to translate tax policy into clear process steps and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Document core tax processes across touchpoints (intercompany, master data, tax journals, reconciliations).
• Develop global and regional tax SOPs, work instructions, process maps and operating guidance.
• Translate policy and technical tax requirements into clear process steps, roles and escalation routes.
• Identify gaps, duplicated activity, manual workarounds and opportunities for standardisation.
