Brewer Morris is seeking a Tax Senior Manager for Global Mobility Tax to lead a rapidly growing practice serving multinational clients. This remote role offers high-visibility leadership, strong client engagement, and the ability to shape the future of the practice.

You will guide cross-border compliance, advise on assignment structuring and tax planning, mentor staff, and collaborate with HR and finance to deliver high-quality results. East/West Coast time zones preferred, with quarterly travel.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in Global Mobility Tax, expatriate tax, or international individual tax.
• Experience leading client engagements and managing teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of global mobility tax compliance and consulting.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.
• CPA, JD, EA, MST, or related credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on global mobility tax matters and cross-border compliance requirements.
• Manage and review tax deliverables for globally mobile employees.
• Advise clients on tax planning strategies, assignment structuring, tax equalization, and tax-efficient compensation approaches.
• Partner with HR, payroll, finance, and mobility stakeholders to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
• Manage client relationships, lead engagements, and drive a high-quality client experience.
• Mentor and develop team members while supporting the continued growth of the practice.
• Oversee engagement economics, including billings, collections, metrics, and project profitability.
• Identify additional service opportunities and contribute to business development efforts.
• Stay current on international tax regulations and emerging mobility trends.
