Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• 6+ years of recent public accounting tax experience.
• Experience leading tax engagements and supervising staff.
• Experience with individual, corporate, partnership, nonprofit, trust, and estate taxation.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, estates, and nonprofit organizations.
• Lead a small team of tax professionals and mentor staff.
• Develop proactive tax planning strategies for clients.
• Research complex tax matters and monitor regulatory developments.
• Communicate tax concepts clearly to clients.
• Partner with advisors to integrate tax strategy into wealth planning.
