Job summary

White Tiger Connections is seeking a remote Tax Manager to join our growing wealth advisory network. You will lead tax preparation for individuals and pass-through entities, coordinate with advisers, and help build an integrated tax practice from the ground up.

You will work with clients remotely, oversee filings, and contribute to planning conversations around Roth conversions and capital events. CPA licensure and 6–11 years of tax experience are required.

Qualifications

• CPA license required.
• 6 to 11 years of tax experience at a public accounting firm or financial services firm.
• Strong foundation in individual tax (1040) with exposure to business returns (1120-S, 1065) and estates & trusts (1041).
• Independently complete 1040s to ~95% with signing authority (PTIN) or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience interacting with IRS/state tax agencies on behalf of clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual tax returns (1040) for existing and new clients.
• Handle simpler business returns (1120-S, 1065, 1120); refer complex cases.
• Prepare 1041 returns for estates and trusts.
• File quarterly estimates and respond to IRS/state notices.
• Collaborate with financial advisers for integrated client experience including tax planning.
