Job Juncture is hiring a Tax Manager to lead client taxation engagements for a growing Southeast accounting firm. Flexible locations across NC, SC, GA, and remote options while relocating can be arranged.

The role requires CPA or EA (in progress preferred) with 3+ years in public accounting, managing tax returns, deadlines, and client relationships. Competitive compensation, relocation support, and a broad benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of public accounting experience handling individual and business taxation.
• CPA or EA in progress preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of clients and provide client services in the areas of individual and business taxation
• Manage project deadlines and plan appropriately with associates and senior associates
• Coordinate with the team members on all phases of the Tax engagement
• Review mostly business (and some Individual) tax returns and provide timely and constructive feedback
• Keep current on tax law changes and accounting related developments and best practices.
• Work with team members for continual process improvement
• Participate in practice development and various firm activities
• Develop an area of tax specialization
