Job summary

LevelBlue is seeking an experienced Tax Manager for a fully remote, full-time role reporting to the VP of Tax. You will manage federal, state, and local tax compliance, support tax provision and reporting, and help build scalable tax processes as LevelBlue grows.

Domestic and partnership taxation experience is a plus, with NetSuite and Avalara familiarity highly valued. The role requires leading tax filings, partnership matters, international tax support, and cross-functional collaboration with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• 8+ years of progressive tax experience, with public accounting and industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state corporate tax compliance and ASC 740.
• Experience with NetSuite and Avalara is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file federal, state, and local tax returns with external advisors.
• Oversee non-income tax compliance including sales/use and property tax filings.
• Assist with ASC 740 provision processes and uncertain tax positions.
• Manage partnership tax matters, including K-1s and allocations.
• Collaborate with NetSuite and Avalara to maintain tax configurations.
