CFS is seeking a qualified CPA to join our boutique tax consulting practice as Tax Manager. You will work directly with sophisticated, high-net-worth clients, handling complex tax planning, analysis, and advisory matters. This role offers a true 40-hour workweek, no business development quotas, and autonomy over your client portfolio.

It is fully remote within approved U.S. states, with strong compensation and clear opportunities for leadership.

Qualificações

Active U.S. CPA license required.
5+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience preferred.
Current Tax Manager, Senior Tax Manager, or strong manager-track candidate.
Experience handling complex tax matters and advising clients directly.
Stable work history with demonstrated career progression.

Responsabilidades

Serve as the primary advisor for a portfolio of sophisticated client relationships.
Perform and review complex tax calculations, analysis, and planning initiatives.
Research technical tax matters and develop strategic recommendations.
Identify tax risks and planning opportunities for clients and advisors.
Collaborate with firm leadership on consulting engagements.
Deliver exceptional client service and technical accuracy.
