Job summary

Headway Recruitment is seeking a Tax Manager for an international group in full expansion. You will report to the Tax Director, cover direct tax, transfer pricing, and international tax across multiple countries, with close collaboration with Finance and Legal to keep the group’s tax position on track.

You will contribute to structuring, compliance, and optimisation, participate in tax accounting, and support external advisors in audits and disputes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years corporate tax experience in a multinational, Big 4, or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of transfer pricing and international tax.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Advise on direct tax, transfer pricing and international tax across multiple jurisdictions.
• Map tax consequences for business decisions and support implementation.
• Collaborate with Belgian HQ and cross‑functional teams to strengthen tax processes.
