Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly motivated Remote Tax Manager to join our team. This role focuses on complex tax returns for S Corp and Partnerships and their high‑net‑worth owners, with the flexibility of fully remote or hybrid options.

You will manage tax compliance, review returns, mentor juniors, and stay current on tax law changes to advise clients. A CPA with 5+ years in public accounting is preferred, and a Master in Taxation is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master in Taxation highly preferred.
• CPA certification required or actively pursuing CPA licensure.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience, focusing on tax returns for S Corp, Partnerships, and high net worth clients.
• Experience serving clients across diverse industries; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee tax compliance, consulting, and planning for a portfolio of clients (S Corp and Partnerships).
• Review and prepare tax returns ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, delivering excellent service.
• Stay updated on tax law changes and communicate impacts to clients and team.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance as needed.
