Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Tax Manager to join our team in a hybrid role that blends in-person and remote work. You will lead tax planning for high net worth individuals and corporations, prepare federal and state returns, and advise on wealth management strategies.

The position offers flexibility on location and schedule within a fast-paced accounting environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in tax management, CPA preferred, and experience with 1031 Exchanges.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in tax management.
• CPA designation preferred; EA a plus.
• Experience with 1031 Exchanges, federal/state tax, gift tax, and corporate tax returns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax planning for HNW individuals and corporations.
• Prepare and review federal/state tax returns for individuals and entities.
• Provide strategic advice on 1031 Exchanges and wealth management.
• Liaise with IRS and regulatory bodies on behalf of clients.
• Conduct comprehensive income tax planning and ensure compliance.
• Develop client relationships and provide expert financial guidance.
