This full-time role offers remote work across the United States, leveraging your 2+ years of paid tax-experience and active PTIN with CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney credentials to assist customers with federal and state 1040 filings.

You will prepare returns, provide tax advice, and answer product inquiries using TurboTax tools, while delivering excellent customer service in a virtual setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns with commercial software.
• Active PTIN and unrestricted credential: CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and empowering them to self-prepare.
• Excellent customer service, able to interact via video and audio professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax products.
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations.
